Hastealloy

BMI supplies a comprehensive range of HASTELLOY Nickel–Molybdenum Alloys designed for exceptional resistance to strong oxidizing and reducing agents. These alloys perform reliably in some of the world’s most corrosive environments — including hot concentrated acids, chlorides, and wet oxidation systems.

HASTELLOY alloys are widely used in chemical processing, pollution control, marine, pulp & paper, and pharmaceutical industries, where long-term resistance to uniform, pitting, and stress corrosion cracking is critical.

All products are manufactured to international standards and sourced from certified global mills, ensuring consistent mechanical integrity, traceability, and performance.

SPECIFICATIONS FOR EVERY REQUIREMENT.

GRADES

  • HASTELLOY C-22 (UNS N06022) – Outstanding resistance to oxidizing and reducing environments, including wet chlorine and nitric acid.

  • HASTELLOY C-276 (UNS N10276) – Excellent resistance to strong oxidizers, chlorides, and acidic media such as ferric and cupric chlorides.

  • HASTELLOY B-2 (UNS N10665) – Superior resistance to hydrochloric acid and strong reducing conditions.

  • HASTELLOY C-4 (UNS N06455) – High thermal stability and resistance to oxidizing media at elevated temperatures.
